Ciao Aurora, I met Susans husband last year over lunch at my friend Ines house.
He told me about Susan and their love story and that Susan wanted to come and stay with him in Pantelleria. We still sometimes run in to each other in the bar although I haven't seen him in a while. Hope to meet your friend Susan as well. Thank's for following Under the Almond tree and please mention to Susan if she wants to meet other immigrants (we are not to many) she can contact me and I would also like to introduce her to Amy and Peter, two amazing New Yorkers who also are staying on the island. All the best regards/ Anna

Very nice, I enjoy your recipes and wonder if you are living in Pantelleria all year round. I have a friend from the States, Susan, married to a Sicilian, who just got married to him. They plan to live on the Island most of the time. They own 2 dammusi there. Perhaps you will meet them one day. Susan is an actress who left Beverly Hills for love. Nice story. Well, I will awaiting your recipes and I thank you, Aurora
